Opening to Self-Love

An opportunity to confront the internalized negative voices we have been collecting since childhood. Understanding that the self-doubts and judgments we have about ourselves are rooted in these same voices, allows us to question them. From this clarity we learn to step out of this superego attack. Using awareness to reframe internally what truly belongs to us and what we are made to believe about ourselves by others and the society.

Just being ordinary and loving yourself for it!

“Once you are incapable of loving yourself, you will never be able to love anybody. That is an absolute truth, there are no exceptions to it. You can love others only if you are able to love yourself.” Osho

We live in a world that honors only prestige, and our schooling systems teach us competition and comparison. Children are judged by using shame and guilt. We learn from very early onwards to reject ourselves, because rarely are we loved just for who we are.

Our self-doubts and judgments are sustained in the learned behavior of comparing ourselves with others. With self-love we become less and less self-centered. We no longer need to prove that we are better, bigger, more beautiful, or intelligent then others. We can just relax in who we are.

Group sharing allows us to see that we all have similar beliefs that get in the way of our self-acceptance and that we are all sensitive, human, and worthy of love.

“Real love knows nothing of the ego. Real love starts first as self-love.
“Naturally, you have this body, this being, you are rooted in it; enjoy it, cherish it, celebrate it. There is no question of pride or ego because you are not comparing yourself with anybody. Ego comes only with comparison. Self-love knows no comparison; you are you, that’s all. You are not saying that somebody else is inferior to you, you are not comparing at all. Whenever comparison comes, know well it is not love; it is a trick somewhere, a subtle strategy of the ego.” Osho

WHY ATTEND THIS COURSE?

Opening to Self-Love is a beautiful opportunity to gain an insight into the ways we reject ourselves, and to see that everyone has the same beliefs and fears that stop us from being loving and compassionate to ourselves and others.

With a clear understanding and experience of these inner mechanisms, the old habits of self-rejection and doubt begin to fade away. This allows us to open to our own intrinsic and unique beauty and to rediscover our essential value. When we open up to loving ourselves, we find that our meditation deepens and happens more easily. It also opens the way for positive and loving relationships with others.

“I teach you self-love. And because I teach you self-love, you have to be very alert. Self-love does not mean selfishness. Self-love is possible only if you drop the idea of the self – that is the paradox – if you unself yourself.” Osho

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

  • To recognize your parental and social conditioning around self-love
  • To understand that self-love makes you selfless
  • To learn how awareness unhooks you from your negative internalized voices
  • To understand the concept of the superego
  • To understand the difference between self-love and being obsessed with oneself
  • That meditation is an act of self-love

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A live 3-day course. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Friday: approximately 10 hours with breaks including OSHO Kundalini Meditation
  • Saturday and Sunday: approximately 12 hours with breaks including OSHO Dynamic and OSHO Kundalini Meditations
  • Various techniques to explore your issues related to self-love
  • Individual, paired and group exercises, designed to bring our inner critics into the light of awareness
  • Osho quotes and insights about our misunderstandings around self-love
  • Q&A sessions with facilitator

“Love starts with self-love. Don’t be selfish but be self-full – and they are two different things. Don’t be a Narcissus, don’t be obsessed with yourself, but a natural self-love is a must, a basic phenomenon. Only then out of it can you love somebody else.

“Accept yourself, love yourself, you are a creation of existence. The signature of existence is on you and you are special, unique. Nobody else has ever been like you and nobody else will ever be like you; you are simply unique, incomparable. Accept this, love this, celebrate this, and in the very celebration you will start seeing the uniqueness of others, the incomparable beauty of others. Love is possible only when there is a deep acceptance of oneself, the other, the world. Acceptance creates the milieu in which love grows, the soil in which love blooms.” Osho

Opening to the Inner Child

Reconnecting with our inner child is like finding our way back home. Our inner child is the treasure keeper of what we had to leave behind in the process of growing up and becoming an adult. The inner child reminds us of how we once were in the past: in wonder, curious, trusting, and carefree. The days felt like a never-ending adventure. We were not yet exposed to grown-up’s problems like needing to be better, to be strong, to be more intelligent. All this to climb the ladder of success with a promise of fame and wealth in the future, and if at all we reach there, it never seems to satisfy us.

An invitation to become your real you again

“Meditation simply means learning to forget all that you have learned. It is a process of deconditioning, a process of dehypnosis.”  Osho

Some of the natural qualities of a child are innocence, playfulness, curiosity, radiance, joy, being non-serious and a sense of wonder about the mystery of life. Rather than supporting these qualities, parents and society force their own values onto the child’s vulnerable mind and vital, spontaneous impulses are slowly repressed.

For some of us this happens really early, but somehow sooner than later all of us are asked to become little performers. We learn how to please our caregivers and parents to receive the love and care we so deeply depend on for our survival.

Opening to the Inner Child is going on an adventure again. Re-discovering this precious part inside all of us. We will uncover the layers of emotional hurt that prevents us to reconnect with our inner child. We are invited to feel, give expression so the barrier can dissolve in a loving atmosphere. The result is a space of meditative awareness in which the natural child, with all its aliveness, can re-emerge.

WHY ATTEND THIS COURSE?

A healing journey to support and nourish communication and union between the adult part of ourselves and the child who lives inside us – and is so ready to enrich our lives.

If we want to live our adult life with truth, love, trust, and happiness, we need to turn inwards and reconnect with our inner child. This child was born sensitive, open, and is still connected to oneness.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

  • To feel where the inner child resides inside us
  • To listen and learn to understand the language of our inner child
  • How to start taking care of this immensely vulnerable part inside us
  • How to create more space for the inner child in our day-to-day life
  • To recognize and respect the boundaries of our inner child
  • That in meditation we are closest to our childlike nature

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A live 3-day course. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Friday from 09:00-18:00 with breaks including OSHO Kundalini Meditation
  • Saturday and Sunday from 07:00-18:00 with breaks including OSHO Dynamic and OSHO Kundalini Meditations
  • Various loving and playful techniques to explore your inner child
  • Alone time with your inner child
  • Group processes and group sharing
  • Osho quotes and insights about our childhood conditioning
  • Q&A sessions with facilitator

“The spring is there, and the fresh water is still running there but rocks have been put around you. You have been blocked. Once those rocks have been taken away again you will become a child. It will be a rebirth. Again, you will start flowing. Again, your eyes will have luster and your face will have joy. Again, you will become luminous.”  Osho

Primal Mirror Online

How did your parents mirror you in childhood and what is it you had to repress to receive their love? Recognizing when our childhood movie takes over, we can mobilize the adult part inside us and come back to what is natural and healthy.

Looking in the mirror of the past; recognizing the false identifications from childhood

“From childhood we are taught that be a good man. Nobody teaches us to be a true person.”  Osho

As children we develop a series of false identities or masks in response to the expectations and projections of those we depend on for survival. Over time these roles become autonomous and start to run our lives. We move between these roles with little or no awareness when we get triggered by external events in our woundedness.

Wounding happens when we are not seen and loved unconditionally as children. The wounded child inside us is a powerful and convincing identification which can keep us stuck in defense mode and, when triggered, we start to act out the same childhood movie from our past.

WHY ATTEND THIS COURSE?

In Primal Mirror Online we learn to bring in awareness so we can recognize when we are triggered and can step out of the unhealthy identifications from childhood. We start to listen and accept ourselves instead of remaining stuck by criticizing ourselves or blaming others. We begin to heal our wounded inner child by giving it the love and reassurance it needs – from our own adult resources.

You can attend this course when you are newly exploring the concept of the inner child or when you are familiar with your inner child, to reconnect again with this immensely resourceful part inside us.

Reclaiming and healing our inner child allows us to regain the spontaneous joy and wonder of life. It is the essential journey of life to become a child again – healed, whole and awake.

“Watching the mind, being aware of the mind — without choosing any side, choicelessly being aware — that is the secret.”  Osho

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

  • To understand the realm of our inner child.
  • Learning the difference between the witness, the adult, the wounded child, and the natural, healthy inner child.
  • What to do when you get identified with your wounded inner child?
  • How to strengthen the adult part inside you and, by doing so, have the tools to change your present experiences.
  • Meditative techniques that allow you to move beyond your conditioning into being – into who you are at your very core.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A LIVE online, 3-day course
  • Friday: approximately 10 hours online with regular breaks away from the computer screen, including OSHO Kundalini Meditation
  • Saturday and Sunday: approximately 12 hours online with regular breaks away from the computer screen, including OSHO Dynamic and OSHO Kundalini Meditations

“Parents, because of their own investment – business, politics, religion, philosophy – are less interested in the potential of the child. They are more interested in how to mold the child so that he fits in their world, becomes respectable in their world, is not an outcast, is not a misfit. All this arises out of good intentions, but the result is not good. It is almost slaughtering the child, destroying, killing him. Most of his potential will always remain only potential. He will never be even aware what treasures he has brought with his life. He will die and those treasures will remain unopened.”  Osho.

AFH – The OSHO Freedom Process

With his profound understanding of the conditioned mind, and of the transforming power of meditation, Osho reframed the Fisher-Hoffman Process, an egocentric system; transforming it into what he called the Anti-Fisher-Hoffman Process.

AFH – The OSHO Freedom Process is a profound, twelve-day de-conditioning process that reconnects people with their roots and frees them from their past

This deep work enables us to liberate ourselves from any source of conditioning, be it from family, religion or society.

“My effort here is to destroy all conditioning – Hindu, Mohammedan, Christian, Jewish … it does not matter what kind of conditioning you are carrying; I want you to drop it. It is a weight.
And through all the therapies, I am trying to do something else which the West has not understood yet. Through therapies they try to bring you to normal humanity. Their psychoanalysis brings people to what they call sanity.
My therapies – and all the psychoanalytic methods used here – have a different purpose. It is not to make you into normal, average, so-called sane people: it is to cleanse you of all traps, all theories, all religions, all kinds of conditionings. All these therapies here are deprogramming you and leaving you free, without any program.
The negative part is being done by the therapies – they destroy your programming. And the positive part is done by meditation.”
Osho

In our childhood we have always been directed to be, and to behave, in a way that was acceptable to our parents and society, rather than to be true to ourselves.
This has created a layer of conditioning and a false self which masks our true essence and hinders us from living a rich and full life – in our work, in our relationships and in our creativity.
When we look inward, we have no idea who we truly are; we find instead a deep longing to find love and freedom.

AFH – The OSHO Freedom Process opens us to an understanding of how our conditioning has been created and how it has been passed down from generation to generation. From this understanding comes freedom, grace, and responsibility for our own lives.

“And if you can risk, totally risk, not preserving anything, not playing tricks with yourself, not withholding anything, suddenly the unknown envelops you. And when it comes you become aware that it is not only the unknown, it is the unknowable. It is not against the known, it is beyond the known. To move in that darkness, to move in that uncharted place without any maps and without any pathways, to move alone into that absolute, the quality of the warrior is needed.
Many of you still have a little of it left because you were once children; you were all warriors, you were all dreamers of the unknown. That childhood is hidden but it cannot be destroyed; it is there, it still has its own corner in your being. Allow it to function; be childlike and you will be warriors again. That’s what I mean.”
Osho

The process is mostly residential, in silence and in isolation, with only a limited number of participants.
Pre-requisite: Primal Deconditioning and emotional release work recommended.

Admission is by a series of interviews that start from 6 months prior to the start of the course.

For a pre-interview write to Radha

You will need to arrive in the OSHO International Meditation Resort, Pune at least one week before the process starts.

The Rebel

This course is for everyone who has participated before in Primal Deconditioning Intensive and who still feels that certain patterns or habits are challenging to break or seem to slip back in over time. Where exactly do you sabotage yourself in your life and find crippling beliefs, or excuses not to show-up for yourself in the most loving way?

Owning up to ourselves is a liberating gift

“A rebel is one who does not react against the society, who understands the whole game of it and simply slips out of it. It becomes irrelevant to him.”  Osho

To keep living life according to our conditioning leaves us running around in circles, repeating patterns that keep us addicted, co-dependent, and fixed in negative behavior patterns.

When we stop blaming an outer reason or someone else to be the cause of our misery, we come to understand that the only change that can happen takes place from within ourselves. Then, whether our lives turn out to be an experience in paradise or having to go through hell again and again, is solely within our own willingness to take responsibility for what we have and what we can create in this very moment in our own lives.

“The pilgrimage of the rebel is full of surprises. He has no map, no guide, so every moment he is coming to a new space, to a new experience — to his own experience, to his own truth, to his own bliss, to his own love.”  Osho

Finding the source of our conditioning and taking responsibility for the unconscious patterns, enables us to start living our lives in a new way – in tune with the essential qualities and potential we were born with.

“Don’t become a revolutionary; become a rebel. A rebel is one who has no ideology, no ideals, who has nothing to impose upon himself, who takes life as it comes and takes it easily, who enjoys it, dances it and sings it. This spontaneity will give you the flavor called meaning. Otherwise life becomes just a repetition of the past. It is no more alive – just formalities and rituals; it becomes burdened.”  Osho

This course is recommended as a preparation for AFH – The OSHO Freedom Process.

WHY ATTEND THIS COURSE?

The Rebel focuses on developing our ability to watch without judgement – the key to a life of tremendous joy and freedom.

“The rebel is in a state of tremendous love with freedom — total freedom, nothing less than that. Hence, he has no savior, no God’s messenger, no messiah, no guide; he simply moves according to his own nature. He does not follow anybody; he does not imitate anybody. Certainly, he has chosen the most dangerous way of life; full of responsibility, but of tremendous joy and freedom.”  Osho

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

  • How to show up with presence and clarity in our own lives
  • Learning that taking responsibility for our own life sets us free
  • Understanding that freedom rests in our ability to go with the flow
  • How to be in the present moment with an open attitude towards life
  • How to live our lives as an unfolding adventure

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A live 5-day residential course running over approximately 15-hours per day
  • Daily practice of OSHO Dynamic, OSHO Kundalini and OSHO Evening Meeting Meditations
  • Different techniques to become an independent grown-up
  • Silence and isolation outside the group sharings
  • Daily homework and introspection exercises
  • Osho insights and quotes about early childhood conditioning
  • Q&A with the facilitator

Participants may only sign up for The Rebel after completing an application form, which is part of the process and thus confidential. To receive this form, please write to the organizer of the course expressing your interest in the course.
Each participant needs to return this application form to Bela before the start of the course or you will not be able to register for the course.

“The rebel has no path to follow; those who follow any path are not rebels. The very spirit of rebellion needs no guidance. It is a light unto itself.

“The people who cannot rebel ask for guidance, want to be followers. Their psychology is that to be a follower relieves them of all responsibility; the guide, the master, the leader, the messiah become responsible for everything. All that is needed of the follower is just to have faith. And just to have faith is another name of spiritual slavery.”  Osho

Primal Deconditioning Intensive

An intense residential primal process that uses various regression and emotional release techniques to work on the conditioning that got formed in the first 7 years of our lives – the blueprint of which we become, unconsciously, as adults.

Freeing oneself from life-negative conditioning – for a more authentic lifestyle

“All personality is false. Good personality, bad personality, the personality of a sinner and the personality of a saint – all are false. You can wear a beautiful mask or an ugly mask, it doesn’t make any difference. The real thing is your essence.”  Osho

Conditioning is given to us by parents, family, teachers, and society – it is a learned behavior. It fuels all that is false about us by maintaining the personality – a mask. This in turn disconnects us from our individuality and intrinsic essence – the place inside us where we feel at home, connected and at ease.

“Parental conditioning is the greatest slavery in the world. It has to be completely uprooted; only then will man be able to be really free for the first time, truly free, authentically free – because the child is the father of man. If the child is brought up in a way that is wrong, then the whole of humanity goes wrong.”  Osho

This process works through the layers of our personality which manifest as self-destructive behavior, addictions, and co-dependency issues.

We use different techniques, to re-connect with the healthy child within us – to set it free from the “hypnosis” of the past. And we will experience how meditation allows us to acknowledge our wounds while we remain in a space that is essentially untouched by them.

“Whatever is repressed will have to be witnessed; whatever is buried inside will have to be faced. Wherever we have made ourselves blind, we will have to create eyes. We will have to undo the things we were taught to do as children and redo them in a totally different manner. We will have to return to that point in our childhood at which our energy was stolen. This is why all religiousness is nothing but the reclaiming of childhood.”  Osho

Meditation on a daily basis will embed this new freedom into our daily lives allowing us to maintain a healthier and more fulfilled life – living the truth of who we are each moment.

WHY ATTEND THIS COURSE?

When we were not mirrored and accepted by our parents and/or caregivers in our true selves as a child, we had to cut off from our true potential. We had to build up a protective layer in order not to feel the pain of that. This layer became so strong over time that most of us completely forgot our essential qualities.

In Primal Deconditioning Intensive, through regression, gestalt therapy, rebirthing, and other techniques we find the way back to our true selves. Addressing the false beliefs about ourselves, we start to re-parent our “inner child”, we no longer need to act out its wounds in our present day-to-day life. And learning to distinguish the past from the present enables us to respond instead of reacting to life’s situations. We regain the natural flow of living our life according to our unique potential.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

  • How to step out of the vicious circle of self-destructive behavior, addictions, and co-dependency issues
  • Learning to recognize our internalized parental voices
  • How to take responsibility for our own woundedness
  • To distinguish between the witness, the adult, the wounded child, and the natural, healthy inner child.
  • To understand that the only change can happen from within oneself
  • Meditative techniques that allow us to move beyond our conditioning – into being who we truly are

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A live 6 or 7-day residential course running over approximately 18-hours per day
  • Daily practice of OSHO Dynamic and OSHO Kundalini Meditations
  • Different techniques to explore the issues that prevent us to live our life as we want to
  • Silence and isolation outside the group sharings
  • Daily homework and introspection exercises
  • Osho insights and quotes about early childhood conditioning
  • Q&A with the facilitator

“So, the first, the most important thing, is the innocence of the sage. It is like the innocence of the children – but only like. The innocence of children is bound to be corrupted, but the innocence of the sage cannot be corrupted anymore – he has passed through that phase. His innocence has maturity, his innocence has integrity; his innocence is earned – he deserves it.”  Osho
