WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This 3-day course (Fri, Sat, Sun) is an in-depth and at the same time sweet opportunity to connect with the concept of the “Inner Child” and how she/he lives through us in our adult life.
It is also a nice way, if you have done your primal process already before, to reconnect again with oneself and get to understand where you missed the dots, so, creating clarity how you can be more present with your Inner Child, which will leave you more grounded and at ease within.

This is not a full primal process, and thus it is not a replacement for the Primal Deconditioning Intensive; that structure consists out of more days, is residential and in silence and isolation. Primal Mirror Online can be done as a preparation for that course.

07:00-08:15 OSHO Dynamic Meditation including instructions
